Entry Deadlines

The One Show 2025 will be accepting entries in five submission periods. Please note that entry fees increase during each deadline period, based on when an entry is completed in the system, regardless of entry creation date. Please refer to the disciplines or fees pages for more information.

All payments must reach The One Club within 15 days of the invoice date.

Super Early Deadline: November 1, 2024
Early Deadline: December 13, 2024
Regular Deadline: January 31, 2025
Extended Deadline: February 14, 2025
Final Deadline: February 28, 2025

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The One Show 2025 is accepting physical entry materials for select categories in the Design discipline. All physical entry materials must be received at The One Club no later than February 28, 2025. Categories accepting physical materials can be viewed here for more details.

Judging

First Round:
Entries submitted in all deadlines will be judged in January – March 2025.
NOTE: Physical entries in the Design discipline will be judged in-person in April 2025.
NOTE: After Round 1 judging is complete, entrants will be notified if their work has advanced to Round 2.
Second Round:
Entries that advance to Second Round will be judged March – April 2025.
Final Discussions:
Juries will participate in Final Discussions to determine the Finalists (Pencil or Merit winners) in April 2025.

Finalists / Awards

Finalists Announced: mid April 2025
All work that has won an award – Pencil or Merit – is considered a Finalist. The specific type of award and special awards will be publicly revealed during Creative Week, May 12-16, 2025.
Finalist Confirmations Due: late April 2025
All finalists must confirm that all information related to their winning entries is complete and accurate.
The One Show Awards Ceremony: May 16, 2025
The One Show celebratory gala will take place on May 16, 2025 in New York City.
