Purpose-Driven Work
The One Show offers many opportunities to submit work that supports social, environmental, health and other purpose-driven initiatives. While purpose-driven work can be submitted into any category, the Fusion Pencil, Green Pencil, and SDG Pencil highlight this work and the specific efforts taken to achieve it.

Penta Pencil
In recognition of a successful collaboration between creatives with great ideas and the clients who trust them, the Penta Pencil celebrates the impact and essence of this partnership.

CMO Pencil
This special accolade recognizes the key marketer behind award-worthy work that elevated the brand’s priority of remarkable creativity. It awards the confidence and bravery of an individual in championing a creative concept from ideation to reality to success.

Fusion Pencil

The Fusion Pencil celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in both agency/production company staffing and in the content of the work itself. It will be awarded to work that both meets The One Show's standards for creative excellence, as well as incorporates DEI considerations for underrepresented groups into both the content of the work and makeup of the team that created it.

Green Pencil

The Green Pencil recognizes work which made a measurable environmental impact. This includes, but is not limited to, awareness and messaging, product design, and eco-friendly production techniques.
NOTE: Work entered in this category must be published or aired between January 1, 2023 – February 28, 2025.

Sustainable Development Goals Pencil

The SDG Pencil recognizes the teams who chose to utilize their creative talents and resources to better the world we live in, and contribute to securing a sustainable future for all. Work submitted must address at least one of the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
NOTE: Work entered in this category must be published or aired between January 1, 2021 – Februay 28, 2025.

Penta Pencil

The Penta Pencil recognizes that award-winning work is the result of a successful collaboration between creatives with great ideas, and the clients who trust them. It will be awarded to a team of Agency and Brand who, together, have created stellar work for five or more years.
NOTE: The work being submitted must have launched between January 1, 2015 – February 28, 2025.
NOTE: At least one campaign must have launched between January 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025.
