Important Dates

The One Show 2023 will be accepting entries in five submission periods. Please note that entry fees increase during each deadline period, based on when an entry is completed in the system, regardless of entry creation date. Please refer to the disciplines or fees pages for more information.

All payments must reach The One Club within 15 days of the invoice date.

• Super Early Deadline: November 4, 2022
• Early Deadline: December 16, 2022
• Regular Deadline: January 27, 2023
• Extended Deadline: February 17, 2023
• Final Deadline: March 3, 2023

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The One Show 2023 is accepting physical entry materials for select categories in the Design discipline. All physical entry materials must be received at The One Club no later than March 3, 2023. Categories accepting physical materials can be viewed here for more details.

• First Round:
  Entries submitted by December 16, 2022 will be judged online in January 2023.
  Entries submitted December 17, 2022 – March 3, 2023 will be judged in February – March 2023.
  NOTE: Physical entries in the Design discipline will be judged in-person in March 2023.
• Second Round:
  Shortlisted entries advance to Second Round and will be judged March – April 2023.
• Final Discussions:
  Juries will participate in Final Discussions to determine the Finalists (Pencil or Merit winners) in April 2023.

• Shortlist Announced:
  Shortlisted entries have advanced to the Second Round of judging. Please note that being shortlisted does not guarantee an award.
  The early entry Shortlist will be announced February 2023. (entries submitted by December 16, 2022)
  The full Shortlist will be announced April 10, 2023.
• Finalists Announced: April 24, 2023
  All work that has won an award – Pencil or Merit – is considered a Finalist. The specific type of award and special awards will be publicly revealed during Creative Week, May 15-19, 2023.
• Finalist Confirmations Due: late April 2023
  All finalists must confirm that all information related to their winning entries is complete and accurate.
• The One Show Awards Ceremony: May 19, 2023
  The One Show celebratory gala will take place on May 19, 2023 in New York City.
